Currently, we specialize in new-build properties in Costa del Sol, Spain, Dubai, and Miami, with plans to expand into additional key markets soon. We also help you connect with top professionals in other destinations, enabling you to broaden your sales to new locations.

Services We Offer
Isabellai provides a platform that gives users access to information about new-build properties for sale in destinations such as Costa del Sol, Dubai, and Miami. Through the platform, users can access relevant project details, including photos, renderings, architectural plans, units, payment methods, and more. Isabellai also facilitates connections with real estate agents in other destinations, allowing you to sell properties to your clients across different markets. You can obtain details about destinations, including maps, distances to points of interest, amenities, and nearby services such as restaurants, beaches, and tourist attractions. The platform also allows for video calls with your clients, ensuring they can view all relevant information clearly. Additionally, you can generate personalized information for your clients by creating links on the platform with projects and units that might interest them. You can also ask Isabellai about projects that meet the specific needs of your clients.

User Registration
To access Isabellai’s services, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activities conducted through your account. Notify Isabellai immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any issues you may encounter.

Platform Use
You agree to use the platform legally and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not infringe on intellectual property rights, use information deceptively towards third parties, interfere with the operation of the platform, or disrupt access for other users. The information provided is strictly for its intended purposes.

Intellectual Property
All content, functionality, including images, texts, graphics, logos, renderings, and other visual information, as well as the platform's functionalities, are protected by intellectual property laws. Isabellai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. It is always the user’s responsibility to make necessary inquiries and verifications with developers, marketers, and responsible project parties. You should also use your own contracts and collaboration agreements between agencies and project owners. We are not responsible for any encumbrances, mortgages, fees, commissions, or other claims that may affect the properties listed on the platform. By using the platform, you agree to indemnify Isabellai against any liabilities or damages arising from such claims. Isabellai provides a platform for accessing new-build property information and connecting real estate agents in different locations. We do not sell properties directly.
